What hours would I have access to the venue?
You would have private use of the venue on the day of the event from 9:00am-12:00am (all items brought in for your event must be off the premises by 1:00am).
Does Hanover Reserve have staff on site the day of the event?
Hanover will have an Event Coordinator on site the day of the event, during your access hours.
Does Hanover Reserve oversee the actual coordination of my wedding?
Though Hanover Reserve provides an Event Coordinator who is accessible to the wedding party and guests, they work specifically to oversee the venue and all the operations that take place in the building.
Can I have my wedding rehearsal at Hanover Reserve?
Clients have access to Hanover Reserve, at no cost, the Thursday prior to their event, for 1 hour between the times of 8:00am-8:00pm (times are strictly adhered to as there may be multiple rehearsals held that night).
When do I plan the layout for my event?
You will have a planning meeting 30 days prior to your event at which time you will finalize all details related to your event such as, tables and seating placement, all gift/dessert tables, DJ setup, bridal table, final guest count etc.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Hanover Reserve will provide 5-foot round tables (which seat 8), and chairs, for up to 400 guests.
Do you provide catering services? If not, do you have any recommendations?
Hanover Reserve does not provide catering services though we do supply a catering kitchen. (A list of equipment can be supplied upon request. Caterers have their own private entrance for ease of loading and unloading. Hanover Reserve can recommend caterers.
Do you have a fireplace?
A fireplace is available, at no charge, for your event and will be discussed at your 30-day meeting.
Is the firepit included in my event costs?
The outdoor firepit is available for use but the cost will be determined at your 30-day meeting, depending on the hours of use. Cost per hour is $25.00.
Do you have an outdoor area for my event? Can I just rent that area?
Hanover has a covered patio that can comfortably seat 300 and can be used during a ceremony, cocktail hour or any other event you wish to host outdoors.
Do you provide an officiant to perform the service?
Hanover Reserve does not provide an officiant.
Do you supply the bartenders for my event? How do I plan for the alcohol for my event?
Bartenders are supplied by Hanover Reserve, are a part of your alcohol package, and will be finalized at your 30-day meeting.
What is the maximum number of guests allowed?
Hanover Reserve has a maximum of 400 guests.
Is there a private entrance for the bride and groom?
Both the bride and groom’s suites provide a private entrance.
Do you provide tablecloths?
Hanover Reserve does not provide table linens though we can provide a list of vendors at your request.
Our event is very small, is it possible to rent out a portion of the venue at a discounted cost?
Discounts to be given at the discretion of Hanover Reserve.
Do you recommend any vendors?
Hanover Reserve provides a link on the website where you can find information on vendors.
I’m from out of town and cannot tour your facility, do you have a virtual tour that I can view?
Hanover Reserve is working to provide a virtual tour.
Can I rent Hanover Reserve by the hour?
Hanover Reserve can be rented for $180/hour with a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. If guests exceed 45 people, additional cleaning fees will be charged, in addition, to cover cleaning costs. Hourly events are scheduled at the discretion of Hanover Reserve.
Can I set up the night before?
Clients are unable to set up the night before due to schedule conflicts.
Can we bring helium balloons?
No helium balloons are allowed as stray balloons would impact the following clients’ event.
Is your facility sound system wired to accommodate a DJ?
Our audio system cannot be accessed by the DJ. If your DJ, orchestra, or live band would like access to our audio system, we will require prior notice and our audio technician to be on site at a rate of $450.00 per day.
Do you have multimedia equipment to use like projectors, smart screens, televisions, and presentation equipment?
Hanover Reserve does not supply presentation equipment but contracts with Cincy Entertainment. Their contact information is available at your request.
Where can I display my slideshow/movie?
Two televisions, located in the foyer, can play your media. More expansive media will need to be discussed with the Event Coordinator and possibly Cincy Entertainment.
Do you have tents?
No, Hanover Reserve does not provide tents though we can provide a list of vendors.
Do you have outdoor lighting?
The back patio has hanging bistro lights. Beyond that, we contract with Cincy Entertainment for any additional lighting/audio/visual needs.
Do you require Event Insurance?
Yes, Client must procure a general event policy in the minimum amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) and an additional liquor liability in an amount of a minimum of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), each naming Hanover as an additional insured. Copies of said policies must be provided to Hanover within 30 days of the event. Please follow the link below to secure your event insurance.
