  • Reception up to 400 guests

    Private use of the venue from 9:00am - 12:00am the day of your wedding

  • Planning meeting 30 days before your wedding
    to organize table arrangements, vendors, and finalize details.

  • One hour of rehearsal between 8:00am-8:00pm the week of your wedding.

  • Event Coordinators on site for the duration of your event.

  • 5’ Round tables and chairs to accommodate your final guest count

    (Final guest count will be established at your planning meeting 30 days before your wedding).

  • Banquet tables, used for buffet, bridal table, DJ, gifts, appetizers, etc.

    (Staff will place table and chairs according to your finalized seating plan. Seating plan will be finalized at your planning meeting 30 days before your wedding).

  • Caterer’s Kitchen (You provide your own catering).

  • Everyone and everything brought with you must be off of the premises by 1:00am

  • Lights on at midnight for 1-hour clean-up

 
 

Ceremony Fee
There is an optional $1300 ceremony fee if you choose to have your wedding ceremony at Hanover. This includes setup and rental of the audio equipment, coordination of chairs between ceremony and reception and more.

Down Payment
50% of the rental fee is due at the signing of the contract. The remaining 50% will be collected 90 days prior to your wedding day. This is Non-Refundable if canceled.

Security Deposit
$500 will be collected 90 days prior to your event. This CANNOT be used as part of the rental payment. Your deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after your event providing there no damages incurred during your rental.
